Oakstop is a vibrant coworking and event space serving entrepreneurs and communities of color. Located just 3 blocks from the 19th St BART station, this flagship location offers a dynamic environment for gathering, learning, and connection. Main sessions and keynotes will take place here.
The New Parkway Theater is a beloved Oakland institution offering a unique, community-focused atmosphere. This cinema and event space features a café and mezzanine area, providing a comfortable and creative setting for workshops and breakout sessions.

Hive Oakland Parking Lot
Paid parking is available at the Hive Oakland parking lot on 24th St & Broadway, conveniently located near both venues.
Additional street parking is available in the surrounding Uptown Oakland area. Meters typically operate Monday-Saturday. We encourage carpooling when possible.

Oakland International Airport (OAK) is the closest airport, approximately 20 minutes from the venue.
We are committed to making The Ember Gathering accessible to all. Both Oakstop and The New Parkway Theater are wheelchair accessible with accessible restrooms and facilities.
Note: The two venues are in separate locations (approximately 2-3 blocks apart). There will be walking between venues throughout the gathering. Accessible streets and sidewalks connect both locations.
